Various dissertations have investigated the formation of deposits and black specks on plastic melts in interaction with metal surfaces. According to these studies, the formation of deposits and the subsequent black specks caused by shearing cannot be avoided. The only solution to this problem is therefore to remove the deposits regularly. This can be achieved, for example, with our cleaning concentrates per-tas and syn-tas.
Removing black spots from plastic
The company ver-rus manufactures chemical and abrasive cleaning concentrates in powder form that can be mixed with any plastic granulate, recyclate, or regrind (application temperature range 130°C – 450°C). This allows, for example, the required cleaning power (more or less concentrate) to be adjusted.
The foaming action of the chemical cleaner also allows dead zones to be reached and cleaned. These are just two of the advantages of our chemical cleaning concentrates. More comprehensive information can be found at how the plastic cleaner works.
Since most companies process a wide variety of plastics (PE, PP, POM, ABS/PC, PA, PMMA, PEEK, etc.) are processed in a wide variety of processes (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.), universally applicable cleaning concentrates such as per-tas or syn-tas are ideal.
Test our cleaning concentrates free of charge. Because only good results are convincing. We will be happy to send you a sufficient quantity so that you can test it in a wide variety of your applications.
